The Community Schools Community of Transformational Practice (CoTP) is designed to support California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Grant recipients in the development and implementation of key features aligned to the Community Schools framework and outcomes. Each CCSPP CoTP will be followed by optional office hours designed to provide technical assistance for CCSPP Grant related guidance. Social Emotional Behavior (SEB) sessions will occur in September, November, February, and May.

The Peer Learning Webinar Series is open to school staff, district leaders, and community partners. This series is designed to explore the development and implementation of the core components of the Community Schools Framework (pillars, key conditions of learning, proven practices, and cornerstone commitment, and key conditions) as a school transformation strategy for continuous improvement and comprehensive equity-aligned outcomes.
